Please join us for an extraordinary evening of experiencing art in a new way.
With a few beautifully selected musical pieces performed live along with guided interpretations, we will take a musical journey learning the skills to unlock messages from classic works of art.
Time will be provided for intimate journaling of your experience.
Journals will be provided. No previous experience necessary.
We look forward to seeing you at this unique and powerful evening.
Art Journaling: Art on a Deeper Level will be facilitated bySabine Frohlich and Jennie Hansen.
Jennie Hansen is an international performer on viola, and viola d'amore, and has appeared with such chamber groups as Music-from-Marlboro, The Waverly Consort, St. Luke's Chamber Ensemble, and the Group for Contemporary Music String Quartet. She has performed chamber music in the Jascha Heifetz Master Class and was the recipient of the Berry Award at the Coleman International Chamber Music Competition. As a soloist, Jennie has made recordings as diverse as Bach with the Smithsonian Chamber Players, Loeffler with the Indianapolis Symphony and Jazz with the WDR in Cologne.
Sabine Frolich has been a student of philosophy, art, and culture for 25 years. She has led guided museum tours and spoken publicly on art, philosophical and spiritual topics. Her focus is on the European inheritance of fine art, and she incorporates an in-depth knowledge and understanding of esoteric knowledge into her presentations, inspiring others to approach art more intentionally through “art journaling.”
